Spinach Meatballs

A practical and nourishing recipe, perfect for keeping healthy homemade meals on hand.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 cup cooked, finely chopped spinach

  • 1 finely chopped red onion

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano to taste

Extra Tip
Serve with a fresh salad or mashed sweet potatoes.

Freezing Tip:
Freeze the meatballs separately on a tray for 1 hour to prevent them from sticking together. Then transfer them to a Ziplock bag and store in the freezer.
